Seriti Training was established in 2021 when we identified the need for an e-learning training portal that can accommodate training in the Automotive Retail Industry. The e-learning portal hosts our own Seriti-owned training courses as well as hosting training interventions for external training companies, compliance companies, product owners and the like.
NATIONAL CREDIT ACT
34 OF 2005
The National Credit Act No 34 of 2005 was passed by Parliament on the 10th of March 2006. The Act aims to reduce reckless credit behaviour, both by credit providers and consumers, and reduce the level of over-indebtedness in South Africa. Successful candidates qualify for an NCA card, which is a legal requirement for Credit Providers.
You will need to attain a minimum of 70% to pass the exam, that is facilitated and marked by the Institute of Bankers South Africa.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In partnership with Novensys we offer in excess of 33 courses and 66 hours of on-line CPD training, to assist representatives earn their 18 hours of training from the 1st of June to the 31st of May each year.
FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTRE ACT
The money laundering control measures in terms of the FIC Act impose certain obligations on financial and non-financial accountable institutions, such as the duty to provide training to its employees and to appoint a compliance officer. We host FICA training on behalf of Corporate Rebels to accommodate the legal requirement placed on financial and non-financial accountable institutions to provide training to their employees.
